Terms & Conditions

Company require customers to provide a parcel unboxing video as part of the return or refund process, particularly for claims related to item mismatches, damaged products, or receiving something different from what was displayed.

Here’s how this policy might work:

  1. Unboxing Video Requirement: To claim a refund or replacement, customers must record a clear video while unboxing the parcel. This is to show that the item received was either different from what was ordered, damaged, or defective upon arrival.
  2. Video Guidelines:

The video must be continuous, from the moment the package is opened until the contents are fully shown, without any cuts or edits.

The package label, showing your name and order details, should be visible in the video.

Any issues, such as damage or mismatched items, should be clearly shown in the video.

Non-compliance: If the video is not provided, the company may refuse the return or replacement, as they cannot verify the issue.

Purpose: This requirement helps companies verify the condition of the product at the time of opening and prevents fraudulent claims. It provides clear evidence that the issue was not caused after the item was received.
